You can contact usto change or cancel your order for you within 24 hours of placing yourorder.After 24 hours, the factory will start to process your order, and afterthe products start to be manufactured, your order will be locked and cannot bechanged or canceled.
ARE CUSTOMIZED CURTAINS SHIPPED AS A SINGLE PIECE?
Customized curtains are sold as individual panels. Ifyou select 1 quantity when placing your order, you will ultimately receive 1curtain.
WHY DOES THE SETTLEMENT PAGE OF THE ORDER DISPLAY TWOPARTS OF FEES?
The finalsettlement page for customized product orders includes two parts of fees, oneis the basic fee for customized products, and the other is the additional feerequired for customized product size.
WHAT IF THERE IS A QUALITY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?
Our policy statesthat within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can send us photos of evidenceof damage/breakage of the item, and after we have verified the item, we canresend you a new product or offer you a refund if the item does have a qualityproblem. If you contact us after 7 days from the date of receipt, we will notbe able to offer you a refund or exchange.
